How to use the Posture Corrector

The Posture Corrector, is used to decrease the postural trigger for the stress response. It also improves thoracic posture to help with thoracic excursion and breathing, impacting on your oxygenation.

Tip** Create a habit to ensure you use it on a consistent basis. Many people benefit from keeping it on the bedroom floor, doing it before bed and/or first thing in the morning.
